Founder and Certified Personal Trainer

After completing my Personal Training Certification and Nutrition Coach with NASM, I decided to create Simply Lift. Giving the individual an affordable method for personal training. Whether it's online coaching or in-home training, I want to utilize my expertise and help you understand the importance of exercise and how simple it is.

 The overall experience has been great. I have worked out for a total of 2.5 months. Originally, I was unable to last through stretches but now I have improved my stamina so that I can do 8 sets of supersets. The first month was getting used to my body and the second was building up my stamina. I wouldn’t have worked out at all for not to Simply Lift, as I am busy and don’t have a lifestyle where I go to the gym or have time to regularly work out. But Simply Lift came right to my home and even brought equipment. Alex is patient and considerate of my abilities and my goals always showing me and reminding me of how much I have improved, and moving at a pace that safely challenges me.
